All elements, text and images that are not intended to bleed off need to be at least 0.25" from the cut line for safety
Artwork should be provided with at least 0.25" bleed around

    * Bleed: 0.125" (1/8") on all sides.
    * Safety Margin: 0.125" to 0.25" (1/8" to 1/4") inside trim for critical content.
    * Fonts: Outlined (vector files) or Embedded (PDFs).
    * Images: Included/packaged, correct resolution.
    * Proofing: Review digital proofs thoroughly; consider a hard proof for color-critical jobs.
    * File Naming: Clear and descriptive.
